It’s very rare for a package to be lost in transit. In most cases, you might just be a little too excited to receive your shiny new products! The first thing to check is what shipping method you selected. If it’s 5-10 business days, please count how many business days (excluding weekends) it’s been since we shipped your order, or since you received your shipping notification email. If your order has been in transit for less than 10 business days, your order has not been lost and is still in transit. Unfortunately we are not able to investigate lost packages until it’s been beyond 10 business days.
