We will need to wait for the package to arrive back to our warehouse. This can take up to six weeks as the shipping carrier pays for this service and uses the slowest/cheapest method possible. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will need to charge a shipping fee to reship your order again. If you instead choose a refund, there is a 25% restocking fee as the packaging cannot be reused. Please note, under no circumstances can products with custom engraving be refunded.
